You don’t have to know where to start — or have the answers — to begin therapy.

Maybe you’ve been carrying a sense that something isn’t working - but you’re not sure how to put it into words.

You might feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you’ve tried hard to change.
You notice yourself comparing your life to others and wondering why things seem easier for everyone else.
You tell yourself you should be able to handle this … yet it still feels heavy.

If the idea of therapy feels intimidating, unfamiliar, or outside your comfort zone, you’re not alone.
Many people hesitate because they worry they won’t know what to say, where to begin, or what therapy is supposed to look like.

Here, you don’t have to arrive with clarity. We’ll start exactly where you are.

What Therapy Looks Like Here

Therapy doesn’t follow a single formula.

With experience working across ages and stages of life, I adapt my approach to meet you where you are. For some, healing begins through play, creativity, and experiential exploration. For others, it unfolds through conversation, reflection, and making sense of long-standing patterns. Together, we’ll slow things down and notice the stories that tend to repeat - especially the ones shaped by comparison, self-doubt, or “shoulds.” We’ll also look for moments that often get overlooked: strengths, progress, and small shifts that signal change is already happening.

Therapy here isn’t about fixing who you are. It is about learning new tools, building skills, and discovering more supportive ways to understand yourself, navigate challenges, and move forward.

The Wildflower Philosophy

Wildflower Creative Therapy is rooted in the belief that people are inherently whole and capable, and that growth doesn’t happen because something is wrong - it happens when the right kinds of support become available. With understanding, care, and the right conditions, new possibilities can begin to unfold.
