• You can begin by reaching out through the contact form. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so we can talk briefly about what you’re looking for and ensure it feels like a good fit before scheduling. You don’t need to have everything figured out to take this step. Many people come to therapy feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or simply sensing that something isn’t working. Therapy can be a space to explore that together.

  • Many people feel hesitant at first. You don’t need to know what to say or how therapy is “supposed” to work — we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive. I believe that therapy should be tailored to you. Therapy often includes practical tools and skills, but my approach focuses on understanding patterns, building awareness, and supporting meaningful change over time rather than quick fixes.

  • I offer in-person sessions Tuesday through Thursday and telehealth sessions on Mondays. Standard sessions are 50 minutes.

Afternoon and early evening appointments are in high demand and therefore limited. I maintain an internal waitlist for these times. In some cases, families begin with an available session time and transition into an after-school slot when one becomes available.

  • Many clients begin with weekly sessions, but frequency is flexible. We’ll find a rhythm that works for your goals, schedule, and financial considerations, and adjust as needed over time.

  • Yes. I offer in-person sessions in Woodbine, Maryland. My office is located inside Home Skincare & Wellness, conveniently just off Interstate 70. I also offer telehealth sessions for clients located in Maryland.

  • No, I am an out-of-network provider. However, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits. At the start of each month, I will generate a receipt called a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • The initial intake appointment is $140, and all subsequent sessions are $125. I don’t want cost to be the sole barrier to accessing therapy. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots, based on availability. You’re welcome to ask about this during the consultation.

    • LGPC - Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. I am licensed in Maryland and practice under the supervision of a board-approved clinical supervisor.

    • RDT — Registered Drama Therapist. This is a national credential recognizing specialized training in drama therapy.

  • I work with children and adolescents using developmentally appropriate, flexible, and creative approaches. Parents and caregivers are an important part of the process. I work collaboratively with families while also creating a safe, trusting space for the child or adolescent.
